ounce) can beef broth
Combine all
ingredients and simmer until vegetables are
soft.
DAY
ONE:
You’re allowed to eat as much soup as you want and can
eat all fruits except bananas. It is advised to drink a
lot of water while you’re on this diet.
DAY
TWO:
Again, you’re allowed to eat as much soup as you want and
can eat as many vegetables as you’d like. Do not eat any fruits
today. Drink
water
DAY
THREE:
Eat as much soup as you want and all the fruits and
vegetables you want.
DAY
FOUR:
In addition to soup and water today, you’re supposed to
add 3 bananas and some skim milk to your
diet.
DAY
FIVE:
Today you can add 10-20 ounces of beef or lamb and a can
of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day.
Continue to drink water.
DAY
SIX:
More soup, beef & vegetables. Eat as much as you’d
like of all of these and make sure to eat the soup at
least once throughout the day.
DAY
SEVEN:
Soup, brown rice, fruit and vegetables. Eat all to your
heart’s content and make sure you have the soup at least
once.
The Fat

pounds by the end of the seventh day if you stick to it
and avoid bread, alcohol, and carbonated drinks including
