the time, it's extremely confusing for consumers to know what's right

One month, low-fat is the new kid in town while the next low-carb is
all the rage. Things get even more complicated when you hear "experts" make blanket statements like
"just eat less and move more" - if it were that easy why haven't we lost
weight?

everyday and at times it feels like weightloss is a never ending battle that eventually snowballs into binge eating
and out of control weight gain.
